Running Man Yoga Flow
I designed this class specifically for practicing the arm balance called running man (or flying splits). This full-body yoga strength practice includes extra focus on the hips and hamstrings. You’ll have time to practice the arm balance after I provide instruction around set up, entry, and modifications.
This class is great to come back to again and again until you feel strong and supported in running man, or to keep in your home practice rotation to keep up your skills!
Beginners are always welcome, but I’d suggest you take my Crow Workshop first if you are new to arm balances. One block will be helpful for this class, not required.
